Troy Architectural Program

The Troy Architectural Program (TAP) began as an all-volunteer organization in Troy, New York demolition and urban renewal plans in the 1960s. By the early 1970s, it had a paid staff and began to provide architectural and professional services to non-profits and local clients. TAP continues to serve the New York Capital region to assure local communities’ access to affordable housing.
