The Pratt Center for Community Development, formerly known as Pratt Institute Center for Community and Environmental Development, is a university-based community development organization based in Brooklyn, New York. Founded in 1964, the Center is one of the first Community Design Centers in the US. They leverage professional skills in urban planning, architecture, and public policy to challenge top-down decision processes and advance sustainable development.
